For further information on the role, and job responsibilities, please read and apply below! salary: $65 - $68.75 per hour shift: First work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM education: Bachelors Responsibilities • Lead Agile/Scrum Practices: Guide teams in Agile best practices, ensuring readiness, prioritization, and commitment each sprint. • Facilitate Scrum Ceremonies: Own and facilitate all Scrum ceremonies for one or more teams. • SDLC Execution: Lead and perform the SDLC process including executing the change process in ServiceNow and other systems, meeting and passing all hard gates, and delivering value reliably and on time. • Remove Impediments: Proactively identify and address blockers or systemic issues limiting team performance. • Optimize Team Performance: Use empirical data to evaluate maturity, improve velocity, and identify opportunities for continuous improvement. • Quality Assurance (QA), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and Automated Testing: Experience supporting QA and UAT planning and execution across multiple workstreams, ensuring testing activities align with business requirements, regulatory needs, and release timelines.
