This is a rare leadership opportunity to build and direct a service line from the ground up with strong institutional commitment, significant capital investment, and a brand-new state-of-the-art EP laboratory currently under development. Leadership Opportunity Highlights Directorship role to establish and lead a comprehensive EP program New EP laboratory in development with advanced technology Strong executive support and long-term cardiovascular growth strategy Authority to shape clinical protocols, workflows, and quality initiatives Established cardiology referral base across the region High degree of clinical autonomy Clinical Responsibilities Comprehensive arrhythmia management Catheter ablation (AFib, SVT, VT, and complex arrhythmias) Device implantation and management (pacemakers, ICDs, CRT) Electrophysiologic studies and advanced diagnostics Participation in call shared with cardiology colleagues Medical Director Responsibilities Provide strategic and clinical leadership for EP services Guide EP lab design, and implementation Establish quality, safety, and performance standards Collaborate with hospital leadership on program growth Support recruitment and mentorship of future EP staff Candidate Qualifications MD or DO Fellowship training in Clinical Cardiac Electrophysiology Board-certified in Cardiovascular Disease; board-certified/eligible in Electrophysiology Eligible for Massachusetts medical licensure Commitment to high-quality, patient-centered care Compensation & Benefits Highly competitive compensation package with productivity incentives Medical Director stipend Comprehensive benefits, including retirement plans and malpractice coverage Relocation assistance available Strong administrative and operational supportaa415a4b-8b21-40fc-a65c-70d2b25ca29a
