Be a key player in keeping our operations moving-join our team as an Equipment Maintenance Technician (C-Shift) at InnovaFlex! We are seeking a skilled and motivated Equipment Maintenance Technician (C-Shift) to perform corrective and preventative maintenance on Semiconductor and Flat Panel manufacturing equipment. About InnovaFlex InnovaFlex is a nontraditional-semiconductor designer and manufacturer that has capabilities to create a variety of electronics on both glass and flexible substrates. Major Responsibilities: Perform preventative maintenance on the Semiconductor and Flat Panel toolsets (50%) Repair and recovery of manufacturing equipment after tool errors / faults (25%) Troubleshoot electrical, pneumatic, and mechanical problems to root cause and prevention (20%) Working with Engineering in support of tool and Fab improvement projects (5%) Additional Responsibilities: Provide clear and concise written and verbal pass downs to on-coming shift Accurately and clearly document technical solutions Provide cross-training to ensure back-up capability Process product through Lamination, Laser cutting and other test processes Assist in process evaluation Complete monitoring and measuring of Lamination and Cutting processes Assist in creating / importing and validating laser recipes for Laser cutter Follow all company safety policies and procedures and promptly report hazards, unsafe conditions, incidents, or injuries. QualificationsEducation: Associate's degree - Electronics, Electronics Technology, Electronics Engineering (preferred) Experience: 2-10 years of Semiconductor equipment engineering (preferred), OR 2-10 years Flat panel display (preferred) manufacturing / equipment engineering (preferred), OR 2-10 years Solar Equipment Engineering (preferred), OR 2-10 years Flexible display manufacturing / equipment engineering (preferred), OR 2-10 years Military experience in electronics, automotive, mechanics, RF radar or aircraft (preferred) InnovaFlex Foundry Core Values Our values are embedded in our daily life at InnovaFlex, and they are the foundation helping us make decisions impacting the future of our company. Hourly Wage:$20.00 - $30.05 per hour, depending on experience Annual Target Bonus: 10% (prorated first year of employment based on date of hire) The salary range provided is an estimate representative of all experience levels.
