Position: HR Coordinator( Location: Valencia, CA 91355 (Onsite M-F 8-5) Shift: Day 5x8-Hour (08:00-17:00) | Duration: 13 weeks (extendable) Key Responsibilities Finalize job descriptions + ATS templates Manage job postings + HRIS actions (PARs, onboarding, terminations) Front desk coverage + support other HR coordinators Kronos/Lawson/ADP proficiency required Must be US Citizen Requirements 2+ years HR experience (healthcare preferred) HRIS expertise (Kronos, Lawson, ADP) Advanced Excel + full Microsoft Office Suite Fast-paced multitasking + excellent customer service Interview: 1st Virtual, possible 2nd onsite
