HOW YOU'LL MAKE AN IMPACTJob Summary: To administer general respiratory care modalities in all areas, excluding NICU, in accordance with departmental and hospital policies and procedures. Function independently in PICU and all adult intensive care areas. Implement and monitor therapeutic modalities per physician's orders. Provide on call staffing for department needs. Develop and broaden assessment skills, communication skills, and knowledge base while preparing for the next level, Respiratory Therapist Critical Care.
