IT Specialist

To acquire the advantage, Zolon PCS is seeking an IT Specialist. This role supports the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) under the ITSSS-2 Advanced Support Services for Information Systems and Technology (ASSIST) program. The project delivers enterprise IT support services that enable FBI mission operations, including desktop and mobile device support, IT service management, walk-up ITX services, inventory management, and participation in technology refreshes and office moves. Work is performed in a secure, mission-critical environment with strict service-level, security, and customer service requirements, supporting FBI personnel across multiple domestic and international locations. Responsibilities: Provides Tier 2 deskside and walk-up IT support at FBI IT eXperience (ITX) storefront help desks at Quantico. Resolves hardware, software, mobile device, and printer tickets; supports Windows migration, annual tech refresh, and site moves across assigned locations. Travels between sites using government vehicles. Key Qualifications: 2-3 yrs deskside IT support, Windows 10/11 admin, imaging, troubleshooting, ITSM ticketing experience, PIV, Yubikey, RSA SecurID, CNSS PKI credentialing familiarity Shift/Hours: QT ITX: 7:30 am - 4:00 pm M-F Location: Quantico, VA (On-Site) Clearance: TS with SCI Eligibility Polygraph
