Required Skills & Experience 4+ years of proven work experience in Software Development. Strong programming skills in Python Experience integrating LLM models and frameworks. Hands-on experience with prompt engineering concepts. Proven expertise in developing and implementing automation frameworks for Large Language Models. Knowledge of Natural Language Processing (NLP) concepts and techniques. Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and version control systems (e.g., Jenkins, Git). Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Experience with FASTAPI and other python frameworks Proficiency in using PostgreSQL and Vector databases (e.g., Redis) or handling large datasets. Ability to work effectively as part of a global team with strong communication skills. Desired Skills Functional / integration know-how on CRM/ SF apps Working knowledge of cloud-based application architecture and principles. Prior experience in the Financial Services Industry. Familiarity with building large-scale AI products or platforms for NLP, or recommendation systems serving millions of users. Understanding of Graph or Network Theory and Graph ML, including frameworks/libraries such as Deep Graph Learning (DGL), NER, and Levenstein Distance.
