PRN LVN Job Responsibilities Administer medications and treatments in accordance with physician orders and care plans Monitor patient health status and report changes to the RN or physician Provide skilled nursing care to residents in a long-term care or skilled nursing facility Perform wound care, injections, catheter care, and other clinical procedures within LVN scope of practice Accurately document patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes in EMR Supervise and delegate tasks to CNAs and support staff as appropriate Ensure compliance with California nursing regulations and facility policies Deliver compassionate, patient-centered care while maintaining resident dignity Education & Certification Requirements Active California Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) license in good standing Graduate of an accredited vocational nursing program Current BLS (Basic Life Support) certification Minimum one year of nursing experience preferred (skilled nursing or long-term care strongly preferred) Ability to pass background check and drug screening Strong clinical, communication, and organizational skills Knowledge of state and federal healthcare regulations Why Chico, CA?
