Richmond Health Care Center is seeking compassionate and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our growing team. Our CNAs play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our residents in a professional and respectful environment. We are currently hiring for 12-hour shifts: Day Shift: 6:00 AM - 6:00 PM Night Shift: 6:00 PM - 6:00 AM If you are passionate about resident care and want to be part of a supportive healthcare team, we encourage you to apply. Responsibilities Provide direct resident care, including assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting Assist residents with mobility, transfers, and repositioning Take and record vital signs and report changes in condition to nursing staff Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for residents Assist with feeding and hydration needs Document care provided according to facility policies Work collaboratively with nurses, therapy, and interdisciplinary team members Provide compassionate and respectful care to all residents Qualifications Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification Ability to work 12-hour shifts Strong communication and teamwork skills Compassionate and resident-centered approach to care Ability to lift, move, and assist residents safely Previous long-term care or skilled nursing experience preferred but not required What We Offer Supportive team environment Opportunities for professional growth Stable full-time scheduling Meaningful work serving our community
