Executive Assistant L3Harris is seeking a dynamic HR Administrative Assistant to join the corporate Talent Acquisition Operations team. This role will support critical Enterprise processes through performing clerical, administrative, record-keeping and other support duties as assigned. The Administrative Assistant role is fast-paced and necessitates excellent attention to detail. Key Responsibilities: Respond to inquiries related to staffing and the internal referral program Compile and submit referral bonus payroll information bi-weekly Review and submit talent acquisition and corporate credit card expenses / invoices through internal invoice processing software Schedule and coordinate various calendar events as needed Assigning and maintaining sourcing licenses for the recruiting team End of month data integrity review / reconciliation Drafting requisitions in the Applicant Tracking System as requested Performs various administrative and clerical tasks as assigned Qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent with 8 years prior HR or administrative experience, 2-year post-secondary/AA Degree and 4 years prior experience in HR or administrative roles. 1 year hands-on experience in Microsoft Excel with advanced experience formatting and using pivot tables and v-lookup formulas Preferred Skills: Executive assistant experience Administrative assistant experience Experience handling expense reports or invoices
