What You'll Do Working alongside a Registered Nurse Case Manager, you will: Provide hands-on personal care (bathing, grooming, dressing, feeding) Assist with mobility, transfers, and ambulation Offer companionship and emotional support to patients and families Perform light housekeeping to maintain a safe environment Accurately document care and communicate updates Help preserve comfort, dignity, and quality of life Your presence will make a meaningful difference every single day. What We're Looking For Active CNA certification Valid driver's license, reliable vehicle & current auto insurance Compassionate, dependable, and self-motivated Strong communication and time-management skills Commitment to serving patients with serious or terminal illness Hospice experience is welcomed - but heart and dedication matter most.
