Job Description

We are looking for a Branch Manager to serve as a key member of our divisional management team in our Semmes, Alabama branch office. To apply for this position you must have a bachelor's degree, and at least two years management or sales experience in pest control, lawn care, or professional turf management. The Branch Manager will be responsible for the effective management and profitable operation of our Semmes, AL branch office. Essential Responsibilities include: Responsible for managing customer service, sales, and operations of the branch location. Grow Branch sales through identifying, recruiting, and converting target customers. Provide staff supervision, training, coaching, and mentoring to promote a sales and service culture. Responsible for maintaining morale, building team spirit, and promoting exceptional staff and customer relations. Coordinate all aspects of sales and delivery to facilitate superior and continuing customer sales and service. In addition, you must have: The ability to influence others to perform their jobs effectively and to be responsible for making decisions. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Excellent organizational and proofreading skills and attention to detail. Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to manage sensitive and confidential situations with tact, professionalism, and diplomacy. The ability to accept responsibility and account for actions. The ability to actively attend to, convey, and understand the comments and questions of others. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
