This is an Hourly position. OSF will invest in you on day 1! Candidates with 5+ years of direct experience will receive 24 hours of Vacation and Holiday time that will be available for use beginning day 1. This is in addition to our generous time-off benefits OverviewPOSITION SUMMARY: Assists physicians with performance of invasive cardiac procedures, serving as a radiologic technologist and/or scrub assistant, performing hemodynamic monitoring and procedural charting. Assists in the care, transportation and preparation of patients. QualificationsREQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: High School diploma or G.E.D. required. -Knowledge of diagnostic radiology principles and procedures as acquired through completion of 2 years training in an approved school of radiologic technology required. - General computer knowledge. -Licensed in Radiology by the State of Illinois Division of Nuclear Safety (IEMA) - Requires Registry from ARRT - CPR certification required. PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: - Successful completion of EKG arrhythmia course preferred. - Successful completion of ACLS preferred. OSF HealthCare is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
