We're looking for an IT Systems Coordinator who thrives on keeping things connected, organized, and operating at their best. In this role, you'll take ownership of the day-to-day technology experience across our offices - coordinating system integrations, supporting users, managing devices, and holding vendors accountable. If you're someone who enjoys solving problems, bringing structure to complexity, and making sure nothing falls through the cracks, this could be a great fit. This is a hands-on, operational IT role focused on execution, coordination, and accountability - not custom software development. You'll be the connector between systems, people, and partners, ensuring technology works reliably and efficiently every day. The IT Systems Coordinator is responsible for owning the day-to-day technology experience for We Care Senior Care's 15 Home Instead franchise offices, by coordinating system integrations, providing end-user support, device management, and IT vendor management. Successful candidates are service-oriented, use good judgement and problem-solving skills, are organized and structured, and comfortable holding vendors accountable. This role is about execution, coordination, and accountability - not software development. What You'll Do You'll be the technology quarterback for our offices: Coordinate integrations between enterprise systems Support data connections, testing, and troubleshooting Provide responsive end-user tech support Set up and deploy computers & devices Manage hardware/software troubleshooting Oversee MDM for company cell phones & iPads Coordinate with IT vendors and hold them accountable Support phone systems & user setup Plan IT setup for new offices & leased spaces Manage IT equipment lifecycle (procurement disposal) What We're Looking For Associate's degree or higher in IT (Bachelor's preferred) Experience working with IT vendors/service providers Basic scripting familiarity (e.g. PowerShell, Python, or similar) Familiar with Microsoft 365, cloud apps, MDM tools, business phone systems Comfortable reading technical documentation Organized, service-oriented, and solutions-focused Able to work independently while coordinating across teams Who We Are As part of Home Instead, we live our core value of Love (v.) - patience, kindness, humility, selflessness, respect, honesty, forgiveness, and commitment.
