Human Resources Representative This role is onsite located at 3737 Dan Morton Dr, Dallas, TX Position Summary The Human Resources Representative supports approximately 120 hourly and salaried employees at our state of the art manufacturing environment. This position provides daily HR administration, manages full-cycle hiring for hourly roles, maintains employee records, and ensures compliance with company policies and employment regulations. Key Responsibilities Administer HR processes including performance reviews, job postings, job descriptions, hiring, and leave management. Plan and conduct new-hire orientation for hourly employees. Lead all employee engagement activities locally Maintain personnel, medical, FMLA, and workers' compensation files; update all HRIS data. Serve as the site FMLA Coordinator and primary contact for disability and leave management partners. Support workers' compensation and unemployment claim activities. Address employee concerns and partner with management to resolve issues; escalate potential legal matters as needed. Assist employees with benefits questions and support responses to unemployment hearings, EEO charges, and workers' compensation matters. Ensure consistent application of HR policies and procedures and serve as a resource to supervisors and employees. Support continuous improvement initiatives and promote PCA's Commitment to Service. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Communications, or equivalent work experience (manufacturing experience preferred). 12 years of HR experience with knowledge of labor relations, workers' compensation, and employee onboarding/training. Strong understanding of federal and state employment laws and regulations. Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint. Strong written and verbal communication skills. High attention to detail and proven ability to maintain confidentiality. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Strong problem-solving, organizational, and interpersonal skills. Experience working in a team environment preferred. Ability to travel for company training (less than 10%); valid U.S. driver's license required. Compensation and Benefits Starting salary range for position: $75,000 - $83,000 Bonus: Annual Based upon individual contribution and overall, company performance. Paid Vacation: Three (3) weeks per calendar year. Pro-rata Vacation during the initial year of hire based upon start date within the calendar year. Paid Holidays. Within the first 30 days of employment, an employee (and their dependents) is eligible to enroll in certain benefit coverages -- medical, dental, and vision and are automatically enrolled in life, AD&D, and disability coverages. Upon hire, an employee is automatically enrolled in the 401k plan. The plan offers both pre-tax and Roth contribution options along with employer provided matching contributions.
