Senior Project Manager

M. A. Mortenson Company seeks a full-time Senior Project Manager based in Minneapolis, MN. Provides overall leadership direction to renewable energy construction projects, including the management of project quality, timeliness, and mentoring the project team. Req Master degree or equiv in Mech Eng, Construction Eng, Construction Management, or a rel field plus 4 yrs of rel exp reviewing civil, mechanical, structural, electrical, and SCADA drawings for renewable energy construction projects. Alternatively, req Bach degree or equiv in Mech Eng, Construction Eng, Construction Management, or a rel field plus 6 yrs progressive, post-baccalaureate exp reviewing civil, mechanical, structural, electrical, and SCADA drawings for renewable energy construction projects. All experience may have been gained concurrently. Will accept experience gained before, during, or after Masters program. This position supervises subordinates, which vary from 5 to 25 depending on the project. Position requires domestic travel up to 10% of the time. May work in various unanticipated locations in the United States. Salary: $149,531 to $211,200/year.
