The Practice 30bed pediatric inpatient unit with an average daily census of 16-18 Comprehensive pediatric subspecialty support, including pediatric surgery 16bed PICU staffed by a dedicated, Pediatrixaffiliated pediatric intensivist group Clinical responsibilities include: Pediatric inpatient ward coverage Newborn nursery examinations Emergency Department consultations Pediatric resident and medical student education Academic affiliation with the University of Nevada, Reno School of Medicine Renown Regional Medical Center is the only Level II Trauma Center serving northern Nevada and northeastern California This position offers the opportunity to practice highquality pediatric hospital medicine within a collaborative, wellsupported environment that reflects Pediatrix's commitment to clinical excellence and patientcentered care.
