Job Description Manage all phases of multifamily construction projects from planning to completion. Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet quality standards. Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and stakeholders to maintain project schedules. Oversee and manage project budgets, including cost control and forecasting. Monitor construction progress and address any challenges or delays effectively. Ensure compliance with safety and building regulations at all times. Prepare and present project updates to internal and external stakeholders. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and project teams. The Successful Applicant A successful Multifamily Project Manager should have: Strong experience in the property industry, specifically in multifamily construction projects. Excellent project management skills, including budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation. Proficiency in construction management software and tools. Thorough knowledge of building codes, safety regulations, and construction best practices. Exceptional communication and leadership skills to manage teams and stakeholders effectively. A Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field. What's on Offer Competitive salary ranging from $126,000 to $154,000 USD.
