Compensation Base Pay: $24-$26/hour (flexible for highly qualified candidates) 3rd Shift Differential: +$2.00/hour (2nd Shift Differential is +$1.50/hour if needed in the future) Position Summary Under the direction of the Maintenance Director, the Maintenance Technician will perform general, preventative, and corrective maintenance plant-wide. This role is critical in minimizing downtime and ensuring production equipment operates safely and efficiently. Key Responsibilities Troubleshoot and repair production line equipment Perform preventative and predictive maintenance Complete equipment changeovers and line setups Repair mechanical components (pumps, seals, bearings, motors, conveyors) Repair electrical systems (motor control centers, fill/seal equipment, cooling tunnels) Assist with installation of new equipment Generate and complete work orders Submit parts requests and maintain inventory awareness Support food safety, sanitation, and quality systems Maintain a clean and safe work environment Qualifications 2+ years of industrial maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment 2+ years of mechanical and electrical experience required Ability to read schematics and manufacturer specifications Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills Basic computer skills Reliable attendance and strong communication skills Must pass a drug test If you're dependable, mechanically inclined, and ready to work in a fast-paced production environment, we want to talk to you! ?
