How you Will make a DifferenceSignature Rehab is seeking an experienced Vice President of Finance with direct contract rehab therapy experience to lead financial strategy, contract pricing, and profitability across our skilled nursing facility partnerships. This executive leader will oversee budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, revenue cycle performance, and margin optimization, with a strong focus on rehab contract pricing and negotiation. Key Responsibilities: Lead financial strategy and long-range planning Develop and manage annual budgets and forecasts Build financial models for new and existing rehab contracts Lead pricing strategy and support contract negotiations Analyze labor costs, productivity, census, and payer mix Monitor contract profitability and lead renegotiations as needed Oversee revenue cycle performance and cash flow What you Need to make a DifferenceRequired Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting (MBA/CPA preferred) Minimum 5+ years of finance leadership in contract rehab therapy (required) Strong knowledge of PDPM, Medicare Part A & B, and managed care Proven experience with rehab contract pricing and negotiation Strong analytical and executive communication skills Our exceptional Benefits Package and Signature Perks include the following and more!Medical, Dental and Vision - Voluntary Life/Disability Free Telemedicine with Medical Plan 401(K) and Roth 401(K) A variety of additional specialized Insurances Work Life Balance Partner Perks and Discounts!
