Required Skills: Valid medical radiation practitioner license or certification Proven experience in radiation oncology or related fields Strong understanding of radiation therapy procedures and safety protocols Excellent clinical judgment and problem-solving skills Effective communication skills with patients and interdisciplinary teams Ability to adhere to strict safety and quality standards Nice to Have Skills: Experience with advanced radiation therapy technology and software Knowledge of recent developments and best practices in oncology treatments Previous experience in a hospital or multidisciplinary cancer treatment center Bilingual proficiency is a plus Preferred Education and Experience: Bachelor's or higher degree in Radiation Therapy, Medical Physics, Oncology, or related discipline Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in a clinical setting treating oncology patients Certification from recognized oncology or radiology boards is preferred Other Requirements: Willingness to travel when required for training or conferences Valid state licensure and certifications as applicable Commitment to ongoing continuing education and professional development Ability to work flexible hours based on schedule demands This is an excellent opportunity to advance your career within a supportive and innovative healthcare environment.
