A full-time Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) position is available in Ypsilanti, MI, supporting middle school students in grades 6-8. This contract role begins ASAP and extends through the end of the current school year on June 4, 2026, with the possibility of extension into the next school year. Responsibilities: Implement behavior intervention plans and strategies for a caseload of approximately nine middle school students. Collect and document data on student progress and behaviors. Collaborate with school staff, therapists, and families to support student needs. Maintain professional standards and adhere to all applicable policies and procedures. Participate in meetings and training sessions as required. Qualifications: Certification as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT). Experience working with school-aged children, preferably in a middle school setting. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
