Job Description: Controller Saint Louis, MO Job Type: Permanent Compensation: $250,000 - 275,000 Annually JobID: 2165088-EQG Description client in the Saint Louis, MO area is seeking a Controller to join their leadership team. Summary: This critical role oversees all accounting and financial reporting functions, ensures compliance with applicable regulations, and provides strategic financial insights and business forecasts to support leadership decision-making. The Controller will have oversight of the general ledger, accounts payable, FP&A, tax, and transactional accounting, as well as responsibility for HR oversight. Primary Responsibilities: Lead month-end, quarterly, and year-end close processes Reconcile accounts monthly to ensure accurate financial reporting Review transactions and financial statements for accuracy, compliance, and budget alignment Serve as internal lead for the annual financial audit Utilize NetSuite to support corporate and subsidiary-level accountability Oversee internal AR and AP processes Partner with leadership on key financial decisions and analysis Prepare financial reports, forecasts, and statements in accordance with US GAAP Ensure compliance with financial regulations and reporting requirements Requirements Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting; MBA is a plus; CPA preferred 10-15 years of experience in finance and accounting and leading a team Must have experience with a private equity backed company Competence with the latest financial software and technology Advanced skills in all aspects of the Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel Exemplary leadership skills and the ability to work positively with a team Working Place:Saint Louis, Missouri, United States Company : ESR Healthcare
