Contact Hours: 24 hour in-house hospital coverage The locum is required to be onsite for 24-hour stretchesShifts per month: 6-8 shifts per monthShift length: 24 hours in-houseProcedure/OR days: As Needed Responsibilities: Yes labor and delivery floor at the Silvis CampusTelehealth: NoServices offered in the practice: Vaginal deliveries C-sections circumcisionsNumber of Exam Rooms per provider: N/A Hospital-based coverage onlyLab amp Pharmacy: YesClinic Provider Daily Volume: 10-15 triages a day plus deliveriesAll OB Triages are to be seen by the physician on call.Patient Demographics: Primarily obstetric and gynecologic patientsEMR: CernerJob 24-hour in house call coverage on the labor amp delivery floor including management of obstetric patients deliveries emergency gynecologic cases and inpatient consultations.Bill Rates Needed for must be included in the ratesOrientationHourly 310 rate capHoliday HourlyConversion fee 25k rate capTravel - 750/round trip cap to include all taxes and fees. No upgraded airfares or seat upgradesLodging - 1.5x the GSA rate cap average for the total stay to include taxes and feesRental Car - 55/day cap including all taxes and fees regardless of car class.
