Now Hiring: Production Worker I - Blow Molding Team Are you safety-focused, detail-oriented, and ready to be part of a fast-paced manufacturing team? We're looking for a Production Worker to join our blow molding production team and help us deliver high-quality plastic products that meet strict quality standards. Pay range for this role is $14-15 per hour. What You'll Do Receive parts from machinery and assemble finished plastic products Rotate through general assembly tasks within the blow molding process Conduct visual inspections to ensure products meet quality standards Report non-conforming products to the Production Lead or Supervisor Assist with sorting and reworking products as needed Perform basic testing and packaging of spouts and components Maintain a clean, organized workspace following 5S standards Follow all plant safety procedures and company policies What We're Looking For Strong commitment to workplace safety and hazard awareness Ability to read and communicate effectively High attention to detail with a strong sense of urgency Excellent time management skills Team-oriented mindset with strong interpersonal skills Ability to work effectively in a diverse workplace Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent (required) 6-12 months of manufacturing experience preferred Physical Requirements Ability to stand for 8-12 hours on a concrete surface Frequent standing, walking, bending, and stooping Tolerance for repetitive motions and extreme temperatures Ability to lift up to 50 pounds Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment using required safety equipment Pay Details: $14.00 to $15.00 per hour Benefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
