Job Description

HR Administrator LHH Recruitment is seeking a detail-oriented and people-focused HR Administrator to support the daily operations of a busy Human Resources department. This role is ideal for an early-career HR professional looking to grow, or a candidate with strong administrative skills and foundational HR education. You will serve as a key point of contact for employees, assist with HR processes, manage documentation, and help ensure smooth daily operations across the HR function. Key Responsibilities Provide administrative support across HR functions, including onboarding, employee records management, and general HR coordination. Assist with new hire processes such as preparing documentation, scheduling interviews, and supporting onboarding activities. Maintain accurate and confidential employee files, HRIS data, and related documentation. Support payroll or timekeeping processes as needed (e.g., timecard inquiries, documentation updates). Respond to employee inquiries and provide excellent service regarding HR policies, forms, and processes. Assist with benefits administration tasks such as data entry, status changes, and supporting employee communication. Support compliance by ensuring proper documentation, adherence to company processes, and accurate reporting. Coordinate HR meetings, trainings, and other employee-related activities. Qualifications Two pathways to qualify: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources (open to minimal HR experience), OR 1+ year of HR experience in an administrative, coordinator, or support role with a High School Diploma or equivalent. Additional desired skills: Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information. Strong communication skills and a customer-service mindset. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook). Experience with HRIS or payroll/timekeeping systems is a plus.
