Clinical Supervisor (BCBA) - Whittier, CA (New Graduates can also apply) Job Type: Full-Time | Outpatient | Monday to Friday | Occasional Saturdays | No on-call or nights Position Summary: We are seeking a dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our growing behavioral health team as a Clinical Supervisor. This role involves overseeing Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services for children and adolescents ages 2-21 in home, school, center, and community settings. Key Responsibilities: • Oversee and supervise ABA services in 1:1 and group settings • Develop and adjust individualized treatment plans • Supervise and train Program Supervisors and behavior technicians • Monitor client progress and ensure accurate documentation • Communicate outcomes with families and attend team trainings • Ensure HIPAA compliance and uphold clinical ethics Qualifications: • Active BCBA Certification (Required) • New graduates are welcome • Knowledge of ABA, data collection, and treatment documentation • Reliable transportation (within a 25-mile radius) • Valid CA driver's license and current insurance • Bilingual (Spanish preferred) • Strong communication and leadership skills Benefits: • Bonus packages available • 90% company-paid medical, dental, and vision (base plan after 60 days) • Mileage reimbursement • CEU reimbursement • 401(k) match after 1 year • 2 weeks' vacation after 1 year of service • Paid holidays
