Senior Civil Engineer - Industrial Site Development (Hybrid / Multiple U.S. Locations)We are seeking an experienced Civil Engineer with a strong background in the planning, analysis, and design of medium to large-scale industrial site development projects. This role offers the opportunity to work on high-impact projects within a collaborative, multidisciplinary environment. The position is hybrid and can be based out of any major U.S. metro area where the organization maintains an office.Key Responsibilities Lead and support site development and master planning efforts for industrial facilities.Perform grading and earthwork design using AutoCAD Civil 3D, including cut/fill analysis and earthwork balancing.Prepare erosion and sediment control plans, stormwater pollution prevention plans (SWPPP), and coordinate related permitting.Conduct hydrologic and hydraulic analysis to design storm drain and stormwater management systems.Design underground utilities, gravity sewer systems, and perform site space planning.Interpret and apply local Authority Having Jurisdiction (AHJ) requirements for design and construction across various regions.Utilize stormwater modeling software (e.g., StormCAD, CivilStorm) to support system design.Collaborate effectively with cross-disciplinary engineering teams, project managers, and clients. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (or equivalent experience).Professional Engineer (PE) license required.10+ years experience in civil/site development, ideally supporting industrial or large-scale commercial projects.Strong proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D, including all major sitework design modules.Experience using Navisworks and Bluebeam in project coordination and review workflows.Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.Ability to work effectively both independently and within multi-disciplinary teams.Demonstrated ability to learn quickly and expand technical capabilities.
