Role: ERP (ServiceTitan) Implementation Manager Location: Garland, TX - Onsite 5-days per week Duration: 12 months Rate: Market Required: Internally Collaborate with Teams Relevant to the Systems Setup / Administration to Set Expectations Navigate / Communicate Migration / Implementation Roadblocks to Direct Leadership Deploy / Test Business-Critical System Integrations Proactively Educate the Team on Updates via Presentations / Account-Specific Training Materials, etc. Effectively Communicate / Assess / Navigate Change Risks Alongside the Controller / Stakeholders, etc. Job Requirements: ERP Implementation Manager (ServiceTitan) - Managing End-to-End ERP Implementations | Managing the Migration / Deployment / Implementation of ERP Systems (Operational Workflow / Inventory Modules) ERP Implementation - Managing the transition of at least, one ~$100MM company from one ERP to another Project Management Tools - Monday.com / SmartSheets, etc. Cross-Platform Integration Protocols - Leveraging API Integration / Data Synchronization / Middleware Solutions / Ensuring Authentication and Security / Customizations and Configurations, etc. | Ensuring Smooth Communication / Data Flow Between 2 Platforms Servant-hearted with demonstrated interpersonal skills including effective communication, fostering collaboration, and the ability to interact with team members at all levels. Self-sufficient with the ability to work with minimal supervision. A problem solver with a dynamic, motivated, and positive outlook.
