CSP has partnered with our client, a leading independent advisory firm, to recruit an HR & Operations Manager. The firm operates in five states and provides comprehensive wealth management services to high-net worth individuals, businesses, foundations and endowments. The newly created HR & Operations Manager will work in conjunction with the Director of People Operations to manage and administer core human resources and operational functions that support the firm's business objectives. Key Responsibilities Administer and oversee semi-monthly payroll processing Manage and advise on benefits administration, open enrollments Oversee the integrity and confidentiality of HRIS Ensure firm-wide compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws Lead and continuously improve onboarding and offboarding processes Support and advise on full-cycle recruiting efforts Provide operational and strategic support across multiple offices and administrative teams Qualifications Bachelor's degree in HR or business-related field preferred 3 plus years experience in HR and business operations Professional services firm experience Proficiency with payroll systems, HRIS platforms and talent management tools ADP Workforce Now knowledge is a plus Understanding of payroll accounting and employment laws Strong work ethic, organizational skills, and commitment to a collaborative team environment
