Warehouse Fulfillment Associate

Warehouse Fulfillment Associate We are hiring Warehouse Associates/Fulfillment Associates for a long-term temporary position in a high-volume distribution center. This role includes picking, packing, shipping, receiving, and inventory tasks. Ideal candidates are reliable, detail-oriented, and able to meet productivity and attendance expectations. Key Responsibilities Pick, pack, and ship orders accurately using pick lists Scan inventory and perform receiving and put-away functions Load and unload trucks as needed Use handheld scanners and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) Rotate between warehouse positions based on workload Meet hourly and daily production quotas Follow warehouse safety policies and procedures Skills & Experience Warehouse, fulfillment, or distribution center experience preferred Picker, packer, shipping, or receiving experience a plus Basic computer skills and data entry Experience using WMS or handheld scanners preferred Strong attention to detail and accuracy Team-oriented with good communication skills Repetitive ladder use Standing, walking, bending, and lifting 3050 lbs throughout shift Fast-paced warehouse environment Qualifications High school diploma or GED Ability to pass background checks and drug screen Reliable transportation and consistent attendance Ability to read, speak, and understand English for safety and training Stable work history (no more than two jobs in the past 12 months) Schedule Monday-Friday or Sunday-Thursday; 8:00 AM-4:30 PM Mandatory overtime during peak seasons.
