Description Manage all aspects of commercial tenant improvement projects, including planning, scheduling, and budgeting. Coordinate with clients, architects, and subcontractors to ensure project goals are met. Oversee on-site construction activities to ensure adherence to project specifications and safety standards. Prepare and present project progress reports to stakeholders. Resolve any issues or challenges that arise during project execution. Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget. Maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders for future opportunities. Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal construction regulations.
