We're looking for a detail-oriented team member who takes pride in their work and enjoys contributing to a high-quality guest and owner experience. Required Skills & Qualities Basic experience with plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, and drywall Strong attention to detail and a sense of ownership in your work Ability to identify additional maintenance needs and communicate them to your supervisor Professional, courteous, and guest-focused attitude at all times Ability to perform routine property tasks including trash pickup and snow/ice removal Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently Willingness to work weekends and holidays Additional Duties May include testing and adding chemicals to hot tubs.
