Schedule & Practice Model Monday-Friday day shifts No travel between sites Weekdays and weekends shared equally among radiologists (approximately 1:4) No call Employed, nonprofit health system PSLF eligible Immigration Support J-1 sponsorship available (2027) H-1B candidates welcome Compensation & Incentives Base salary range: $532,000 - $600,000 Onsite sign-on bonus: $100,000 Teleradiology sign-on bonus: $50,000 Productivity incentive: No cap Quality, retention, and onsite incentives: Up to $40,000 additional CME funds provided Final compensation may include incentive-based earnings and is determined by experience, training, and market factors.
