No Services Available On-Site: Laboratory, Radiology Documentation System/EMR: AthenaHealth Practice Population: Adult,Geriatric Required General Procedures: EKG Interpretation Required Surgical Procedures: I & D (Incision & Drainage), Suturing of Minor Lacerations Required Occupational Medicine Procedures: Employment Physicals, Diagnosis & Mgmt. of Common Industrial-Related Medical Problems, Disability Exams Board Certified - Internal Medicine/Family Medicine - Required Local providers- only mileage will be reimbursed- Required NJ license in hand- Required Internal credentialing must be completed with the submitting agency- Required Clean Background- Highly preferred BLS - Required
