Physician Assistant | Family Practice Location: Cambridge, MA Employer: Lancesoft Inc Pay: Competitive weekly pay (inquire for details) Start Date: ASAP About the Position Cambridge, Massachusetts ️ May 1, 2026 – November 30, 2026 Monday – Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM No Call Required Position Overview We are seeking experienced Nurse Practitioners, Physician Assistants, and Physicians with backgrounds in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Geriatrics to join a PACE (Program of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly) program serving a medically complex adult and geriatric population. PACE is a capitated care model focused on delivering comprehensive, coordinated healthcare to older adults and individuals with disabilities. Due to the high clinical and social complexity of patients, provider panels are intentionally smaller, allowing for meaningful, high-quality, team-based care. Clinical Responsibilities Provide comprehensive primary care to PACE participants Manage chronic and acute medical conditions Conduct clinic visits, home visits, and/or nursing home visits as assigned Provide onsite phone and in-basket coverage when needed Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings Coordinate care with nursing, social work, rehabilitation, and support staff Document all care in EPIC EMR Depending on provider skillset and program needs, assignments may include: Managing a dedicated patient panel (~70 patients) Nursing home coverage Home-based care visits Onsite triage, phone, or in-basket coverage Patient Population Disabled and/or elderly adults High medical and social complexity Smaller patient volumes to support comprehensive care delivery Requirements ✅ Requirements For Nurse Practitioners & Physician Assistants: Active Massachusetts license Board Certified Experience in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Geriatrics Current flu vaccination (required; no exemptions) Most recent direct supervisor reference required Submission Requirements Updated CV (including month/year format for all employment) Copy of active Massachusetts license Board Certification certificate Flu vaccination documentation DEA certificate (if applicable) Most recent direct supervisor reference Completed skills checklist (if required)
