Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant Acute, Cardiac Surgery (FT 8am-4:30pm) - Delray Beach, FL We are currently seeking a dedicated Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our team in providing acute cardiac surgery care at our facility in Delray Beach, Florida. Key Responsibilities: Assess and manage patients in the cardiac surgery unit Collaborate with the surgical team to develop and implement patient care plans Provide education and support to patients and their families Participate in rounds, consultations, and patient follow-up Qualifications: Current Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant certification in the state of Florida (or willing to get) Prior experience in acute care or cardiac surgery Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills Schedule: Full-time position, Monday to Friday from 8am to 4:30pm.
