One of our clients in Raleigh, NC needs an AI Platform Architect for a contract position. Position: AI Platform Architect Location: Hybrid Position Type: Contract Job Description: Lead the design and implementation of Copilot Studio and Azure OpenAI solutions for both internal and public-facing applications. Guide development teams on embedding AI into existing and new applications, including prompt engineering, API integration, and data flow design. Architect and scale AI platforms to support high-concurrency, low-latency workloads, including peak load planning and autoscaling strategies. Build and maintain secure, scalable Azure environments using Infrastructure-as-Code (Bicep/Terraform) and CI/CD pipelines. Collaborate with DevOps and SRE teams to ensure observability, governance, and compliance across AI workloads. Serve as a technical advisor and mentor to development teams, helping them adopt AI responsibly and effectively. Requirements: Direct experience integrating Azure OpenAI Experience guiding application teams on AI integration strategies. Experience working with app teams to migrate, modernize, or re-platform workloads in Azure, including supporting legacy integration.
