About the job Accounts Payable Representative Join Our Team! We are looking for a detail-oriented Accounts Payable Specialist to process high-volume invoices with speed and accuracy. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and have a keen eye for detail, this role is for you! What Youll Do: Process invoices using a cloud-based purchase requisition to invoice system. Maintain Accounts Payable subledger within SAP. Administer payment runs, ensuring proper approvals are in place before processing. Manage vendor setup and compliance (tax documents, electronic banking details). Reconcile vendor accounts and statements, investigating any discrepancies. Maintain strong vendor relationships and ensure timely payments. Submit and manage paper-based invoices as needed. Provide backup support and cross-training for team members. Assist with periodic tax filings and participate in special projects. What You Bring:3-5+ years of Accounts Payable experience. Proficiency in Excel and strong analytical skills. Strong communication and organizational skills with superb attention to detail. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and collaborate effectively. SAP experience is a plus.
