Developing and implementing new ServiceNow applications active contributor in developing workflows and scripts to personalize existing ServiceNow applications and automate and improve business processes. Create/ Manage web portals used by internal and external clients, using JavaScript/ BootStrap / Angular Monitor health, usage and overall compliance of ServiceNow and its applications Work directly with end users to resolve issues in ServiceNow. Participate in problem-solving during ServiceNow development, testing and production. Technical Abilities and responsibilities: Minimum 8+ years of Strong experience of software development experience and at least 2+ years of experience in ServiceNow applications development and implementation of ServiceNow IT products like ITSM or ITAM or ITOM or ITBM or SecOps. Passion for JavaScript and the Web as a platform, reusability, and componentization. Develop small standalone SN tools and dashboards to support ITSM and Project Management workflows. Create and configure workflows based on the business requirements and best practices. Perform integration between ServiceNow and other customer business systems. Create/ Manage all SN objects like Tables, Business rules, Client Scripts, UI Actions, UI Policies, Script Includes, UI pages, UI macros, etc. Has experience in deploying and validating ServiceNow patches/updates and new versions of the platform Functional Attributes: Excellent communication skills. Ability to work in a collaborative environment. Must be detail-oriented and possess problem-solving abilities. Build and maintain SAIL interfaces, process models, and Appian records. Integrate Appian with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers. Collaborate with business analysts to translate requirements into technical solutions. Debug and resolve issues in Appian applications. Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices. Document application designs, configurations, and user guides.
