Position: ServiceNow Architect (SPM Experience) Location: San Diego, CA (Hybrid - Preferred Onsite, Travel as Needed) Experience: 10+ Years Employment Type: Contract Job Description: Implement ServiceNow SPM on a greenfield instance. Analyze requirements with business stakeholders and provide guidance to developers and technical teams on best practices. Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between business goals and technical implementation. Define functional requirements and translate them into ServiceNow SPM configurations and workflows. Support project planning, demand management, and resource allocation through the ServiceNow SPM suite. Required Skills: 10+ years of overall experience, with strong hands-on exposure to ServiceNow SPM (Strategic Portfolio Management). Expertise in ServiceNow modules including Project Portfolio Management (PPM), Demand, Resource, and Financial Management. Strong understanding of ITBM/ITIL processes and how they integrate with SPM. Proven ability to lead workshops, gather business requirements, and convert them into functional specifications. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. Experience working in hybrid environments and coordinating with both technical and non-technical teams.
