Deliver integration services as agreed upon by the development team, typically within a one- to two-week timeframe for new data queries or service integrations. Customer satisfaction and timely delivery of business requirements. Number of service requests resolved or initiated. Number of work items (tasks, bugs, and user stories) completed. Feedback gathered from team members regarding collaboration and quality of deliverables.
