What You Will Be Doing: High-Volume Recruiting: Manage the full recruitment life cycle for various construction roles, from sourcing candidates to onboarding. Sourcing & Screening: Develop innovative sourcing strategies to attract qualified candidates and conduct thorough screenings to match candidates with the right opportunities. Collaborating with Hiring Managers: Work closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and identify candidates who meet their requirements. Talent Pipeline Development: Maintain an active pipeline of skilled and general labor talent to meet current and future staffing needs. Leveraging Technology: Utilize recruiting platforms, job boards, and social media to maximize reach and connect with top construction talent. Ideal Candidate: Experienced Recruiter: 2+ years of high-volume recruiting experience, preferably within the construction industry. Construction Knowledge: A solid understanding of the various roles within the construction industry, including skilled trades and general labor positions. Strong Communicator: Excellent communication skills to engage with both candidates and hiring managers. Tech-Savvy: Proficiency with recruiting tools, applicant tracking systems, and platforms like LinkedIn, Indeed, and industry-specific job boards. Deadline-Oriented: Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment with the ability to meet strict hiring deadlines. Other Essential Functions: Compliance & Documentation: Ensure all recruiting activities comply with relevant employment laws and company policies. Diversity & Inclusion: Promote diversity and inclusion in hiring practices, ensuring a broad and inclusive candidate pool. Reporting & Metrics: Track recruitment metrics and provide regular updates on progress to key stakeholders.
