Role Overview The Director of Nursing provides strategic and operational leadership for all nursing services within the residential program. You will ensure excellence in clinical care, regulatory compliance, staff development, and patient safety while fostering a supportive, professional nursing culture. Key Responsibilities Provide overall leadership and direction for the nursing department Ensure delivery of safe, ethical, and evidence-based nursing care Oversee staffing, scheduling, and nursing workflows across shifts Develop, implement, and monitor nursing policies and procedures Ensure compliance with state regulations, accreditation standards, and internal protocols, ASAM and MOUD assessments.
