Position Summary: Upholds the core values as determined by the management team. This position handles the general administrative responsibilities that support our store operations. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Sales and Operations: House account maintenance and customer service. Send square pay invoices. Print price changes. Ordering store supplies. Video surveillance and associated reports. Administrative support (i.e. filing, scanning). Back up PO's as needed. (i.e. Blue Rhino) Assist in approving weekly timesheets in Deputy. Assist in creating RGA worksheets/credit PO weekly for items returning to RSC. Reconcile BGE, Omni, and Yeti locals. DCB spreadsheet maintenance. Maintain Square Pay ensuring that invoices are balanced and paid. G SKU maintenance and inventory correction. Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: Ability to provide motivation and leadership to associates storewide in a fair and impartial manner. High degree of analytical skills, and the ability to delegate and be self-directed. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong organizational, time management, and project management skills. Technically skilled in basic retail computer systems including related software. Develop and maintain client relationships and strategic partnerships. Position Requirements: High School Diploma or, an equivalent combination of education and experience. Bachelor degree preferred. Minimum of 1 year of experience in an administrative role.
