Job Description Lead preconstruction efforts for large-scale commercial, healthcare, and life science projects. Manage estimating for conceptual bids. Collaborate closely with project managers, field teams, and executives to align on project strategy. Support growth of the Indianapolis office through strategic project delivery. Maintain strong communication across internal teams and subcontractors. Utilize company systems and tools to manage estimating workflows.
