Job Description- Responsibilities: Install, configure, and maintain operating systems (e.g., Windows, macOS), applications, and peripheral devices. Assist users with assigning password, password resets, software installation, and general troubleshooting. Maintain communication with users throughout the resolution process, ensuring user satisfaction Assist with the setup and support of virtual desktops (if applicable). Manage the shipment and receipt of IT hardware, including desktops, laptops, servers, and peripherals. Ensure timely delivery of IT equipment to users or clients by coordinating logistics. Monitor and track inventory of hardware and accessories (e.g., cables, adapters, peripherals) and ensure proper documentation. Prepare devices for shipment, including packing, labeling, and coordinating with shipping carriers. Maintain records of shipped items, receiving logs, and inventory levels, ensuring accurate tracking. Coordinate returns or exchanges of damaged or defective equipment as necessary. Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's degree in IT or related field preferred. 1-3 years of experience in IT support Experience with troubleshooting desktop hardware, software, and operating systems (e.g., Windows, macOS). Experience in shipping, inventory control, or logistics.
