We seek highly skilled Urology physicians with strong procedural expertise and the ability to manage outpatient and inpatient care effectively. The ideal candidate possesses excellent clinical judgment, strong communication skills, and the flexibility to work scheduled shifts during specified periods. Required Skills: Board certification or eligibility in Urology Proficiency in cystoscopy and cystoscopy with dilation Experience with outpatient clinic and call coverage Ability to perform scheduled surgical procedures and emergent cases EMR proficiency (EPIC preferred) Valid ND medical license, DEA license, and completed credentialing documentation Nice to Have Skills: Experience with higher-volume clinics Prior familiarity with robotic procedures (not required) Advanced trauma or emergency procedural skills Bismarck or North Dakota regional familiarity Preferred Education and Experience: MD or DO degree with board certification or eligibility in Urology Minimum of 2 years of clinical Urology practice Prior locum or temporary coverage experience is advantageous but not mandatory Other Requirements: Availability to cover scheduled shifts from June 1, 2026, through early December 2026 Credentialing integrity including application completion, documentation submission, and licensure Willingness to work scheduled clinic days and call duties, including nights, holidays, and weekends as outlined Travel and lodging accommodations are preferred but not mandatory Must adhere to all facility-specific policies and procedural requirements Compensation for this role is competitive, with hourly rates to be mutually agreed upon based on experience and qualifications.
