Project/Program Consultant - Healthcare Industry Pay Rate: $40.00 - $47.00 per hour Location: Martinez, CA (Hybrid) Type: Contract (Temp) Company: LHH Recruitment Solutions Schedule: Monday-Friday | 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM Overview LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a Project/Program Consultant with strong healthcare industry experience to support key operational, leadership, and performance improvement initiatives. This role is ideal for a highly independent, detailoriented consultant with demonstrated experience managing mediumtolarge scale programs and driving crossfunctional improvement. Key Responsibilities Develop dashboards, SOPs, and operational tools Lead Home Modification programs and other assigned initiatives Lead and facilitate Performance Improvement (PI) projects Support redesign of leadership team and operational oversight structures Support leadership development initiatives Conduct data analysis and provide insights to guide decisions Collaborate across teams to implement process enhancements Required Skills & Experience 5+ years in project management, quality assurance, performance improvement, or related field Experience managing mediumtolarge scale programs Strong ability to work independently and meet deadlines High level of accuracy, organization, and confidentiality Strong analytical and problemsolving skills Technical Requirements Required Strong Microsoft Excel skills Data analysis experience Preferred Project management tools (MS Project, Asana, Jira, etc.) Smartsheet Tableau Epic/KPHC Education & Certifications Required: Bachelor's degree Preferred: Master's degree Preferred Certifications: Project Management or Performance Improvement (PMP, Lean Six Sigma, CAP, etc.) Associate Benefits (Contract/Temp roles) Benefit offerings include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, shortterm disability, additional voluntary benefits, an Employee Assistance Program, commuter benefits, and a 401(k) plan.
