HVAC Service Technician

Reach out to be part of this team! Our HVAC technicians install, service, and diagnose a wide range of HVAC equipment for commercial and industrial applications. Nason is a pro work/life balance company. This position allows for you to be home in the evenings with a reasonable on-call rotation schedule. Responsibilities Work effectively with dispatch to manage daily work load electronically via company paid phone. Communicate with customers in a professional & congenial manner. Troubleshoot HVAC equipment including but not limited to; split heat pumps, commercial RTU's, chillers, walk-in coolers, ice machines & air handlers. Work cohesively with a team on large projects Be willing to assist new employees when applicable Communicate information to project manager or department head for accurate quoting & repairs Qualifications 5+ years of experience as an HVAC technician ME Propane/Natural Gas license with service endorsements, EPA refrigeration Valid ME driver's license Excellent verbal and written communication skills Willing to expand technical knowledge to meet industry standards Use mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot and problem solve equipment Benefits: • 401(k) with a match • Medical, Vision, and Dental insurance • Employee assistance program • Employee discount • Life insurance • Paid time off • Referral program • Tuition reimbursement Schedule: • 8 hour shift • Monday to Friday • On call About Us: Nason Mechanical Systems, A Fidelity Company, is a full-service HVAC/Mechanical Services contractor based in Auburn, Maine.
